গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা / Important Notice

  1. ফরমটি সম্পূর্ণ পূরণ করার পর Download বাটনে ক্লিক করলে তথ্যসমূহ একটি ফাইল আকারে ডাউনলোড হবে। এই ফাইলটি সেনাসদর, সাঁজোয়া পরিদপ্তরের অফিসিয়াল ই-মেইল ঠিকানায় (armddte.gso2coord@army.mil.bd , armddte@army.mil.bd , armddte@gmail.com) প্রেরণ করতে হবে।
    After completing the form, click the Download button to download the information as a file. This file must be sent to Army Headquarters, Armoured Directorate via email at armddte.gso2coord@army.mil.bd , armddte@army.mil.bd , armddte@gmail.com.
  2. ফাইলটি প্রেরণের সময় বর্তমান পদবীর সদ্য তোলা একটি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি (৩৫০ কেবির বেশি নয়) সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। ফাইল দুটি ZIP করে BA নম্বর অনুযায়ী নামকরণ করে পাঠাতে হবে।
    While sending the file, a recent passport-size photograph in the current rank (not exceeding 350 KB) must be attached. Both files should be zipped and saved with the BA number as the file name before sending.
  3. এই ফরম পূরণের সময় প্রদত্ত তথ্যসমূহ শুধুমাত্র সেই সময় ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইসেই সাময়িকভাবে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে। এই তথ্য কোন সার্ভার বা অন্য কম্পিউটারে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংরক্ষিত হবে না।
    The information provided while filling out this form will be stored only on the device used at that time. It will not be automatically saved on any server or other computer.
  4. ফরম পূরণের সময় প্রয়োজন হলে মাঝপথে এটি বন্ধ করা যেতে পারে। তবে সেক্ষেত্রে বন্ধ করার পূর্বে বিদ্যমান তথ্যসমূহ JSON ফাইল হিসেবে Download করে সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে এই JSON ফাইলটি “Edit Old Form / Load JSON” অপশনের মাধ্যমে লোড করে ফরমটি পুনরায় চালু করে অবশিষ্ট তথ্য পূরণ বা প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধন করা যাবে।
    If required, the form may be closed before completion. However, the entered information must first be downloaded and saved as a JSON file. This JSON file can later be loaded through the “Edit Old Form / Load JSON” option to continue or update the form.
  5. পূর্বে প্রদান করা তথ্য সংশোধনের প্রয়োজন হলে আগে ডাউনলোড করে সংরক্ষিত JSON ফাইল ব্যবহার করে “Edit Old Form / Load JSON” অপশনের মাধ্যমে ফরমটি লোড করে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সংশোধন করা যাবে।
    If any previously submitted information needs to be corrected, the saved JSON file may be uploaded through the “Edit Old Form / Load JSON” option to edit and update the data.
