  1. এই ফরমটি পূরণ করার পর সবশেষ Download বাটনে ক্লিক করলে তথ্যগুলো একটি ফাইল আকারে Download হবে। যা পরবর্তীতে সেনাসদর, সাঁজোয়া পরিদপ্তরের আর্মি ই-মেইলে (armddte.gso2coord@army.mil.bd, armddte@army.mil.bd, armddte@gmail.com) প্রেরণ করতে হবে।
    After completing the form, click the Download button to download the information as a file. This file must be sent to Army Headquarters, Armoured Directorate via email at armddte.gso2coord@army.mil.bd, armddte@army.mil.bd, armddte@gmail.com.
  2. ফাইলটি প্রেরণের সময় বর্তমান পদবীর সদ্য তোলা একটি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি (৩৫০ কেবির বেশি নয়) সংযুক্ত করে দিতে হবে এবং ফাইল দুটি যিপ করে বিএ নাম্বার হিসেবে সেভ করে পাঠাইতে হবে।

  3. এই ফরম পূরণের সময় প্রদত্ত তথ্যসমূহ শুধুমাত্র ঐ সময়ে ব্যবহৃত ডিভাইসেই সংরক্ষিত হবে। পরবর্তীতে অন্য কোন সার্ভার বা কম্পিউটারে এটি দেখা যাবে না।

  4. ফরম পূরণ সম্পূর্ণ না করে কোন কারণে যদি ক্লোজ করে দেয়া হয় তাহলে পুনরায় আবার প্রথম থেকে শুরু করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে পূর্বের কোন তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফিরে আসবে না।
